Audit and Corporate Consulting Director, with 33 years of experience in the business. He has a postgraduate degree in Controllership by Universidade Salvador - UNIFACS/BA. He is graduated in Accounting by Fundação Visconde de Cairú/BA and in Business Administration by Universidade Federal da Bahia - UFBA.

Mr. Mendonça has also attended a number of courses of specialization in Brazil and abroad and has large professional experience in: accounting, audit and corporate consulting, including services related to operational controls and productivity/profitability improvement projects.

He worked for 17 years in an international audit, tax and finance corporation (big four), where he was the Director in charge of the office of Salvador/BA.

	Audit, Labour, Social Security and Corporate Business Director. He has a postgraduate degree in Controllership by Universidade Salvador - UNIFACS/BA. He is also graduated in Accounting by Fundação Visconde de Cairú/BA and in Business Administration by Universidade Católica from Salvador - UCSAL. Mr. Nano has also attended a number of courses of specialization in Brazil and abroad. He has been working for 14 years as a Director of the Performance Alliott Brasil Group, leading services in his areas of specialization in companies of different sizes and nationwide, with emphasis on audit and business security services, such as labour and social security internal procedures and control revision, organizational process and supporting projects to controllership and financial management. He worked for 6 years in an international audit, tax and consulting company (big four), assuming the position of Audit Manager in charge of the development of the business consulting activity on the Northeast Region of Brazil, in addition to the responsibility for audit services. Professor of Audit in graduation and MBA courses of Controllership at Universidade Salvador - UNIFACS/BA.


	Tax and Partnership Consulting Director. He has a postgraduate degree in Corporate Finances by Escola de Pós-Graduação em Economia – EPGE of Fundação Getulio Vargas from Rio de Janeiro - FGV/RJ. He is also graduated in Business Administration by Escola de Administração de Empresas da Bahia – presently UNIFACS/BA. Mr. Marques has also attended a number of courses of specialization in Brazil and abroad. His 20 years of professional experience includes tax consulting and tax planning services, partnership re-organizations, due diligences, individual and corporate income tax return revisions, indirect tax revisions, labour and social security procedures revisions and creation of manuals of policies to the routines of taxes and indirect taxes. He worked as a Senior Tax Manager in an international audit, tax and finance corporation (big four), where he began his carrier as a tax consultant in June 1987. Professor of Tax Planning in MBA courses at Fundação Getulio Vargas and of the course for Administration Counsellors of Instituto Brasileiro de Governança Corporativa - IBGC. Mr. Marques worked as an International Instructor during 7 years for the graduation course for tax consultants named “Latin America Tax and Legal Senior Development School” in USA.

Organizational and Human Resources Consulting Director and has also been working for 13 years performing activities of Business Audit and Consulting. She has a postgraduate degree in Organization, Systems and Methods by Universidade Federal da Bahia – UFBA and is graduated in Business Administration by Universidade Católica do Salvador - UCSAL. Mrs. Lepikson has also attended a number of courses of specialization in Brazil and abroad.

With over 17 years of professional experience, coordinating several projects of organizational consulting in medium and big size companies in Brazil and abroad, including: creation of policies, development of standards and procedures, organizational restructuring, mapping, revision and redesign of organizational processes, facilitation of strategic planning projects, budget projects, organizational re-structuring and implementing of integrated management systems - ERP.

As the responsible for the activity of Human Resources Consulting, she has coordinated projects of recruiting and selection of professionals, among others.

She worked in an international audit, tax and consulting corporation (big four) and attended several specific training activities.

Professor of Integrated Management Software – Implementation and Operation in MBA at Universidade Salvador - UNIFACS/BA.

Business Audit and Consulting Director. He has a postgraduate degree in Controllership and Finance by Fundação Getúlio Vargas – FGV/RJ. He is graduated in Accounting by Universidade Santa Úrsula from Rio de Janeiro.

His 20 years of professional experience includes external audits in an international corporation (big four), internal audit manager, controllership manager in big size financial institutions, responsible for accounting and tax control and processes related with financial and capital markets and foreign trade.

He worked as a controller in a holding corporation with participation in companies of telephony, transport, energy and sanitation sectors, being responsible for accounting, tax and managerial controls, for financial and tax planning of vehicle-companies composed by those participations.

Audit and Business Consulting Director. He is graduated in Business Administration by Universidade Mackenzie - SP. Mr. Attizani has also attended a number of courses of specialization in Brazil and abroad.

His 16 years of professional experience include services of audit, accounting and processes, fiscal and financial consulting, tax planning and partnership re-organization, due diligences, revision of tax balance and income statements and corporate income tax return revisions.

He worked as a Senior Tax Manager in an international corporation (big four), where he began his carrier as an auditor in November 1992.

As tax consultant and auditor he had a strong actuation with entities that integrates the National Financial System, especially in the segments of insurance and social security.

He was the Director in charge of the Accounting Area – Tax Control from an international financial institution for two years.

Audit and Consulting Director. He has a MBA in Business Administration at Fundação Getúlio Vargas - FGV/RJ and is graduated in Accounting by Universidade Católica do Salvador - UCSAL. Mr. Raimundo has also attended a number of courses of specialization in Brazil and abroad.

He worked for 13 years in an international audit, tax and consulting corporation (big four), where he had the position of Audit Manager. He has a large experience in audits of the power sector, petrochemical industry and services, and has worked as Consulting and Risk Evaluation Manager, in addition to be the responsible for special services of internal audit and processes.

He was the Administrative and Financial Director of a worldwide institution of the third sector.
