The Performance Group is an organization established in 1990 by former executives of a worldwide audit and consulting company (big four). It has started to operate with audit and tax consulting services. Then, as a consequence of its rapid growth, started to render services in other areas.

The Group renders professional services within the following areas: Audit, Accounting, Finance and Enterprise Administration, Partnership and Tax Consulting, Labor and Social Security Consulting, Organizational Consulting, including Human Resources Management Practices, such as Recruiting, Compensation Systems and Training.

The Group operates with 03 offices strategically located in Salvador (BA), São Paulo (SP) and Rio de Janeiro (RJ), from where clients from all over the country can be taken care.

Performance Alliott Brasil Group is also a member of the Alliott Group, a worldwide association of independent firms that work with Audit, Accounting and Finance, Tax and Partnership Consulting, and counts with over 200 offices in almost 70 countries, in a constantly expanding network.
