Objective:

The basic objective of the program is to provide support to the process of efficiency and productivity promotion of administrative and financial areas of Performance Alliott Brasil Group clients and to assure corporate security by meeting the following specific objectives: 

	To evaluate the security levels of internal procedures and controls, taking into account the directions and standards established by the client and well known standards procedures;
	To check the compliance with legal and audit standards (including labor), at federal, state and local levels;
	To review criteria and procedures of registering and accounting of economic and financial events, considering the accounting standards and practices and the specific accounts and procedures established by the client;
	To evaluate the technological information environment to access, update and certify the integrity of accounting and financial entries as a way to meet the needs of managerial information for decision making and business administration;
	To search for improvement of human resources, through a follow-up of competencies and knowledge of the staff involved, and of policies and procedures of personnel.
