The Trainee Program of the Performance Alliott Brasil Group is the beginning of a professional development with a defined carrier plan. Through orientation of experienced, highly qualified and engaged-in-the-program professionals, the trainees are stimulated to develop all his/her potential, becoming a professional able to handle with the most complex and diversified business situations. 

Therefore, the counseling is constant, and may occur in a spontaneous and informal way or through formal instruments of periodic evaluation. All trainees will have the same opportunity of carrier growth and developments, including the possibility of, one day, become a partner of the Performance Alliott Brasil Group. Trainees may work in areas such as Audit, Financial Consulting, Corporate and Tax Consulting, Labor and Social Security Consulting, Organizational Consulting.

The Trainee Program is composed of several phases, all eliminatory, in which will be developed group or individual activities.

1st. phase:
Completing and dispatching the application form;
2nd. phase:
Specific tests (numeric ability, Portuguese domination and writing); 
3rd.  Phase:
Group Dynamics;
4th. phase: 
Behavioral research (PDP); and,
5th. phase:
Interview with directors and managers.
